Do you deliver across Lebanon?
Yes. We deliver anywhere in Lebanon. The exact delivery cost depends on your area and we confirm it with you on WhatsApp after you place the order.
How do I pay?
Cash on delivery only. You pay in cash when the order arrives at your door. We do not take card payments online.
How much is delivery?
It depends on your area. We tell you the exact figure on WhatsApp straight after you order, before anything is sent out.
How long does delivery take?
It depends on where you are. In Beirut and the immediate suburbs delivery is the same day, usually within 30 to 60 minutes. Anywhere else in Lebanon it takes 2 to 3 days. We message you to agree a time before we set out.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No. Checkout is guest-only. Give us your name, phone number, area and address and the order is placed.
Is there a minimum age to buy?
Yes. We sell to adults aged 18 and over only. We may ask for identification on delivery.
What is the difference between a disposable and a pod kit?
A disposable is a sealed, pre-filled device that you throw away once the battery or the e-liquid runs out: you pick a flavour and use it straight away. A pod kit is rechargeable, refilled with e-liquid and uses replaceable pods or coils, so it costs more up front but works out cheaper over time.
How do I know which pods or coils fit my device?
Open the product page for your device. Anything we have confirmed fits it is listed under "Pods that fit this device". Those are checked per model, not just matched by brand.
Do you sell nicotine pouches (snus)?
Yes. Nicotine pouches have their own Snus section, and every flavour is listed on its own with its own price and stock.
Can I return an item?
If something arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we will replace it or refund you. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened e-liquid bottles and used coils cannot be returned.
How do I check an order I already placed?
Every order gets a reference, for example BV-20261005-0001, shown on screen when you place it. Send that reference to us on WhatsApp and we will check the status for you.
